Maintenance

To continuously improve our service and leverage the latest technologies, TAGGRS works daily on enhancing our system. Weekly updates are carried out without any disruption to you as a customer. Occasionally, major maintenance is necessary to ensure the quality of our service.

We will be performing maintenance on our infrastructure on the night of Monday, June 3 to Tuesday, June 4 between 22:00 and 03:00 CET. During this maintenance some requests may not come in.

The TAGGRS tracking tags are currently experiencing a 500 error. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide an update on our status page as soon as possible.

Some websites are experiencing errors with the TAGGRS tracking tags and are not receiving data within the TAGGRS dashboard. We are actively investigating the issue and will resolve it promptly. Please note that this does not affect your tracking.
