Security update

Network migration containers

We are initiating a network migration for certain containers across multiple countries. This may cause brief downtime lasting a few seconds to minutes; however, this small downtime should not have impact on your measurements.
Permissions system down

The issue has been resolved. This was due to a database connection problem. Everything is back up and running, and your tracking was not affected.

502, 503 and 504 error on container

The root cause of this issue has been identified and successfully resolved. As a result, all containers have been back online since last night, and services are operating as expected. Los Angeles: Unscheduled Maintenance Notification

We have just been informed of urgent maintenance work taking place at the Los Angeles data center. While we were not notified in advance, we want to ensure transparency by communicating this update on our status page.
The expected duration of the maintenance is up to 8 hours, though we are hopeful that services will be restored much sooner.

Migrating Belgium Customers

We are in the process of scaling our server architecture. The dashboard may be unreachable for a few minutes because of this. This does not impact your tracking.
Performance hardware upgrades

We will be performing scheduled infrastructure upgrades to enhance the performance and reliability of our services. As part of this upgrade, we will be upgrading our CPUs for improved speed and efficiency.
During this time, some users may experience brief periods of downtime or reduced performance. We will work to keep any disruptions as short as possible and will monitor the system closely throughout the upgrade process.

500 Error on api.taggrs.io

We’ve identified a malfunction in our TAGGRS Tracking Tags. On some sites, this may result in a 500 error. While this issue may affect the display of graphs in your TAGGRS dashboard, it does not impact tracking functionality.
